		<description>I think some of the trading software aimed at daytraders will do that.  Like my broker, CyberTrader, has a trading package that will alert you to such things (I use theie 'lite' version which doesn't have that capability, but I'm pretty sure the 'Pro' version has it.  I think the likes of TradeStation, etc. will do it too.

If you're not daytrading you might want to use a package that scans EOD data.  And then grab stocks that crossed and closed across the line in question.  I'm sure there are tons of whiplashes on intraday crosses.

Is their such a thing either a software or stock screener to help me get on the move??? Like to get on the action as it is about to happen not after the move.Your help is appreciated.
