I Hate When that Happens!

I really messed up my trade in ADTN today. I trade off of 15 minute charts but somehow I ended up unknowingly looking at a 5 minute chart of ADTN. I guess it's just that there was just a little too much going on today and I lost focus when I changed that chart to 5 minute intervals and forgot to switch it back. And it figures that of the 15 trades I did today this would happen on the one that would have made my week.

So here's the 5 minute chart that resulted in me being stopped out:

Here's the 15 minute chart, which gave an entry that would have resulted in a 13:1 reward/risk ratio based on the close (ugh!!!):

Unfortunately I didn't notice my error until the stock was well on it's way. This is something that I'd never done before and I hope I never do it again.
