Here’s a blog that I just discovered while playing around with Google’s new blog search tool: DaytradeTeam: Day Trading Tips. It just started in mid-August but there are a lot of good posts already. Some which caught my eye (I haven’t read them all yet):
- Avoid Risk in Day Trading
- Extended Hours Day Trading (Something I never do)
- How to use the Advance-Decline Number
Stock Breakouts–a Day Trading Approach - Day Trading the Same Stocks (I’ve never been a fan of limiting my list of trading candidates to a select list of stocks but they make some good points.)
- Knowing when NOT to Day Trade (Knowing when to stay out is crucial regardless of your time frame)
- Fading the Gaps Day Trade (Again, something I don’t do but it can make you a lot of money if you’re good at it.)
- Is Day Trading right for YOU?
- Reduce Max Loss in Day Trading (Some interesting notes about winning percentages in day trading systems. And I quote — “most successful day trading systems average anywhere from 45-58% profitable trades.”)
- Keys to Successful Day Trading
- Day Trading Google (You know I liked this post)
- Why BIDU is not a great day trade stock
- Top Day Trading Stocks
- The four R’s of day trading
- Never wait on a winning day trade
- The Beauty of Technical Analysis in Day Trading
- Market vs. Limit Orders in Day Trading (As I’ve said many times on this site, I almost never use limit orders. When I want in or out speed is more important than haggling over a penny or two and not getting filled. It also helps that I only trade liquid stocks with small spreads. I’ve seen too many people miss a big move because their limit order didn’t get filled.)
