Intraday Updates:

  • 09:38 YHOO, EBAY and GOOG are strong out of the gate. Looks like somebody's going shopping for some internet plays

  • 09:44 nice surge over the 200 DMA by YHOO. But can it close above that line???

  • 09:52 The SOX is getting crushed so far today -- down 2.4%. Can't expect much on the upside from the Nasdaq with the semis getting hit like that

  • 10:13 I was just telling Duru that this feels like one of those whoosh/flush-out days

  • 10:15 PIXR could be a interesting short if it falls back under its 200 DMA

  • 10:20 What a disaster in RFX... a recent IPO drops news like this???

  • 10:45 The Nasdaq's doing a good job of bouncing back but the SOX is still down more than 2%...
