Watchlist for May 2, 2006

Looks like cooler heads are prevailing this morning. The futures are indicating that a good portion of yesterday afternoon's losses will be made up on the open.

Speaking of yesterday's little fiasco, Olaf was kind enough to send me a link to the video of Maria Bartiromo's 3 PM interview. (Apparently only works in Internet Explorer.) Be sure to pay attention just after the 3:50 mark when she turns around to look at all the ruckus in the bond pit and then says something like "it sure is getting loud out there, seems like something is going on." :-D
