It looks like we're in for a pretty flat open today. SPY is trading at yesterday's close and QQQQ is up 0.24%. I'll probably just key off of the break of yesterday's range.

Stem cell stocks are higher on report that stem cells have been shown to help repair paralysis in rats: STEM +12%, GERN +3.2%... Under $3: FONR +69% (wins Defense contract), CTIC +10% (Societe Generale to acquire CTIC stock as part of a financing deal), DSCO +5%, NT +1.9% (AP reports co in talks with Siemens telecom gear unit).
