September 5, 2006 Stock Market Recap

Trading was a bit choppy today but the bulls pulled out another win. Volume was still on the light side, so maybe everybody's not back from vacation just yet. Amazingly the S&P is already less than 1% away from the 2006 high. It's like the summer correction (I hate that term) never happened. I'm always concerned when something approaches old highs on weak volume though so I'll be getting pretty cautious in the coming days.
