Regardless of how you choose to build and prioritize your watchlist, you have to overcome the fear of "I might miss something". I have written about this before...we all miss great set-ups everyday; there is nothing we can do about it.
I'm taking tomorrow off. Since the Nasdaq (and probably the NYSE) will be closed on Tuesday for President Ford's funeral look for regular posting to resume Wednesday. I hope you all have a safe & happy new year.
P.S. I have to make my usual, always accurate market prediction for the new year -- Prices Will Change.

- 10:00 -- Consumer Confidence
- 10:00 -- Existing Home Sales
- 10:30 -- Crude Inventories
More Calendars: U.S. Earnings | Conf. Calls | Surprises | IPO | Economic
Potential swing trades:

The Dow made a new all-time high, the small caps (Russell 2000) are suddenly at a new closing high and the S&P is just a few points away from new 2006 highs. The notable exception is the Nasdaq. Charts of the Nasdaq, S&P 500, Dow, Russell 2000 and Apple Computer are below... (standard holiday week low-volume disclaimer applies):
