Watchlist for February 11, 2008

I think the ball is in the bulls' court to start the week. The indices have made higher-lows vs. their January lows and have now reached short-term oversold levels. The big question is can the bulls turn those higher-lows into a series of higher-lows and higher-highs. Obviously, breaking the February highs is the first step.
